AIM Care Support and Services, a leading aged care service provider, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Providing high-quality nursing care to aged care clients
- Conducting assessments, developing care plans, and providing ongoing monitoring and evaluation
- Administering medication and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Supervising and delegating tasks to Assistants in Nursing
- Ensuring compliance with all safety and infection control procedures
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation
- Communicating effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals
- Participating in ongoing professional development activities
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor of Nursing degree or equivalent
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Relevant experience in aged care or a similar setting
- Strong clinical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
